This can be very overwhelming, and my guess is that a lot of people aren’t utilizing this technology because they can’t figure out how to use it.
Here in Brevard County, I’ve seen more homeowners curious about smart home upgrades but unsure where to start.
I want to share my experience in this area and highlight some products that have become tech I already have — or want — in my home.

Another often overlooked upgrade is as simple as changing a light bulb and downloading an app to your smartphone.

With millions of color options inside one little bulb, you can say goodbye to the old days of pulling up to a dark house at night — thanks to easy-to-setup timers.
Some products use Wi-Fi, while others use Bluetooth or a combination. Always check the box to see if it’s marked “Hub Required.”
Govee Permanent Outdoor Lighting
My whole family has transformed our homes with Govee Permanent Outdoor LED lights.
